Debby McClung
E-RYT 500
Studio Owner & Instructor
Debby always felt a deep yearning for “something more” in her life. Not more stuff, just a yearning to connect to herself from the inside out. She reached out and took her first ”real” yoga class 18 years ago when she felt emotionally ready. Debby says “ Yoga immediately softened me, nurtured me, and allowed me for the first time to actually experience “stillness.” That was 18 years ago. Her life has changed! Her classes are a reflection of that change. I hope you can find some time to take a journey with Debby in a “Feel Good Yoga”( her own personal style) class and experience the connection that she now feels with the beauty and softness that lies within each of us… “I study yoga for it’s self-transformational powers. It’s a way to bring people together who are looking to rejuvenate, restore, and restart a new way of life.” Debby holds a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Jacksonville University, 35 years of group exercise instruction, 200 hour Anusara Yoga, and 200 hour Hatha Yoga along with 300 hours Hatha Yoga. Debby is registered E-500 RYT with Yoga Alliance.

Barbara Harrison

I am certified as a yoga instructor by YogaFit, the worldwide yoga instructional organization dedicated to making yoga accessible to everyone.

My background in movement prior to yoga was dance. Growing up in Manhattan I studied Russian ballet as a child, followed by study with the Martha Graham troupe, where after five years I was asked to audition for the troupe (which I did not do).The Graham technique is based on yoga. It was only when I began to practice yoga as a mature adult that I realized I’d been doing it for a good part of my life.

As a professional sculptor working in welded brass and other materials, I        find the practice of yoga invaluable to me in terms of strength and flexibility.

I maintain sculpture studios in both Longboat Key and Silver City NM.
