Feel Good Yoga Longboat Key will guide you through the process of “slowing down.” When we move with awareness we can observe ourselves from the inside out. In these classes we will move with the breath and move with an intention of gratitude. Finding and feeling the way “your body” needs to move in order to feel good.

I "discovered" Debby a few years ago when I was renting in Longboat Key and spending only a month at a time. But now that I am there for 4-5 months in the winter, I am a devotee in her studio or a Zoom watcher when necessary. Debby knows her audience and leads wonderful yoga classes and also gives THE BEST massages. She is very knowledgeable about anatomy and what is appropriate for her customer. And she couldn't be nicer!
